Charlotte for ServiceTitan

Pro-tier integration. Inbound calls answered by Charlotte; bookings flow into ServiceTitan automatically.

OAuth callback: /oauth/servicetitan/callback

Overview · TL;DR

Charlotte for ServiceTitan-using HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operators. ServiceTitan integration ships at Charlotte's Pro tier and rolls out in Phase 4 — the partner agreement gates the Pro card's visibility in production marketing surfaces (NEXT_PUBLIC_PRO_TIER_ENABLED). Charlotte books non-emergency appointments directly into ServiceTitan with caller, address, requested window, and structured notes; emergency calls warm-transfer to the operator. Operators on Standard tier upgrade to Pro to unlock ServiceTitan; the upgrade is a one-click toggle in the admin portal.

Where Charlotte deliberately stops short

Stating limitations out loud is how Charlotte earns credibility on the capability claims that matter — operators have heard enough “does everything” pitches.

Frequently asked

Questions operators ask before they connect

Q1Why is ServiceTitan a Pro-tier feature instead of every tier?

ServiceTitan's API surface, partner-program requirements, and per-tenant complexity carry higher per-account engineering cost than Jobber or Housecall Pro. Charlotte's Pro tier carries that cost transparently — the $399-a-month price reflects the deeper integration work plus advanced features (review-request SMS, seasonal-reminder cron) operators at that scale need. Operators on Standard can move up to Pro at any time — contact us and the change is prorated through Stripe (self-serve upgrades from the admin portal are on the way).

Q2How does the ServiceTitan connection work?

Charlotte uses ServiceTitan's partner API (OAuth-style with longer-lived tokens than Jobber). The Pro-tier signup flow walks the operator through ServiceTitan's partner-authorization screen; Charlotte's app appears in ServiceTitan's connected-apps view post-handshake. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and refreshed on ServiceTitan's standard schedule. Disconnection from either side revokes immediately.

Q3Will Charlotte respect my ServiceTitan dispatch board's existing rules?

Yes. Charlotte books into the dispatch surface honoring whatever assignment + capacity rules the operator has configured in ServiceTitan. Charlotte does not run separate overbooking logic on top of ServiceTitan's; if ServiceTitan accepts the booking, Charlotte books it. If ServiceTitan rejects (e.g. window already at capacity), the call falls back to a structured note and the operator is paged for manual triage.

Q4What about ServiceTitan's custom-field surface — does Charlotte sync those?

Charlotte syncs the most common ServiceTitan fields out of the box (customer, location, job type, tags, notes, requested window). Tenant-specific custom fields beyond that set are mapped manually during Pro-tier onboarding; the founder handles the mapping on the first Pro-tier connection per tenant. Expanded auto-mapping is on the Pro-tier roadmap.

Q5Is the Phase-4 rollout a hard wait, or can I be in the early cohort?

Pilot operators paying for Pro can opt into the early-cohort wait list via the admin portal. The early cohort is capped by the founder's bandwidth to support per-tenant custom-field mapping; cohort size is announced on the operator help center. Operators who don't make the early cohort are queued chronologically and get the integration as soon as the next cohort opens.
